As a former Chairman, Vice-President and Trustee of the Rutland and Melton Conservative Association, Kenneth is honoured to be the President of the Rutland and Stamford Conservative Association.
Kenneth has lived with his family in Rutland for over 30 years and served for 20 years on Rutland County Council representing both Normanton (2011-2023) and Uppingham & Beaumont Chase (2003-2011) Wards. He was Chairman of the Council for 5 years from 2015 to 2020 (a term not equalled or exceeded in 50 years), having been Vice-Chairman from 2009-2011. Kenneth was also the longest serving member of the Leicestershire Fire Authority from 2005 - 2023.
Kenneth has a strong record of serving our community and is currently the Clerk to the Rutland Lieutenancy.
Whilst now retired, Kenneth had a long successful business career with his company winning the Queens' Award for Industry for Exports in 1999.
